Hello and welcome to my practice! I offer individual, couples and family therapy for adolescents and adults. I strongly believe that you are the expert in your life. That does not mean that you always know what to do and how to handle things, that just means you are the person that knows yourself best. Sometimes we lose track of who we are or what is best for us and our loved ones. My job is to help you regain that trust and confidence in yourself to make the best decisions in your life for yourself and your family. Whether that entails some skills or knowledge that is new to you, or if it means recognizing the abilities that you already have and fine tuning them, we can work together to help you achieve balance.
